Sharon Mae (McGinley) Weckerly

Sharon Mae Weckerly, 77, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Doey's House, Hagerstown, MD, surrounded by loving family.

Born on December 17, 1948 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Violet Elizabeth (Ernde) and Robert Lee McGinley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Son, Michael Kline; Brother, Alan McGinley; and Second Husband, Dave J. Weckerly.

Sharon graduated from South Hagerstown High School, class of 1966.

Sharon worked as a factory worker for most of her life.

She was a member of Emmanuel Chapel, Smithsburg, MD.

She is survived by her loving husband of 10 years, Charles J. Corley; Half-Brother, Dennis Domer; and special Cousin, Linda Schools of Florida; and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

A funeral service will be held Friday, February 27, 2026 at 1 PM at J.L. Davis Funeral Home, 12525 Bradbury Ave. Smithsburg, MD 21783 with Pastor Jonathon Laye officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro, PA.

Family will receive friends one hour prior.
